I contacted Katlin in customer service to report that my tripod was missing a piece. She took care of it immediately and I received another one within a few days. She was great to work with. Thank you Katlin and TelescopesPlus!

Received my Zhumell Z8. Delivery was on time and product was carefully nested in its packing. Online instruction were thorough and product was assembled in less than an hour. Collimation tool was adjusted accurately and used it to do slight adjustment of mirror. First planet I found was Saturn with its rings and then our moon. Love the scope, the right choice with the best price and easy to use.

I received my new telescope and it works great. Lots to learn about it, but I've got it set up and now waiting for a clear night to be able to really use it! Packaging was excellent. Everything came as described by Telescopes Plus.
