I had a terrible experience in all aspects of online shopping with another company. I found this company while browsing for a new telescope. I was Leary of making a purchase but went ahead and pulled the trigger. LITERALLY within 2 days I got shipping confirmation and at weeks end my new telescope arrived. Earlier than expected as the website says please allow 2-5 days for shipping conformation. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY BESDIES TELESCOPES PLUS.

Great selection on a well organized website that is easy to navigate. The order process was straight forward and easy to complete. The NexStar scope I ordered was delivered faster than expected. Assembly instructions were clear and easily followed. Scope setup was straight forward and I have been using it on most clear nights. Everything has gone smoothly and I have not needed to contact customer service.

As soon as I took the telescope and tripod out of the boxes, I could tell this was a top quality system. The tripod is very solid and stable. I had one small problem though. The dovetail rail popped out when I was installing the StarPointer so I just glued it back in. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I'm anxiously looking forward to it. Thank you and I'm looking forward to ordering more items from you.

Prompt delivery. No problems with ordering. Only place I could find what I was looking for and at a good price. Item is a Xmas gift so won't be used till then. Good reviews so I'm not concerned. At this point a good experience and would not hesitate to use Telescopes plus in the future.
