TelescopesPlus

Happy with the scope. So far having some issues with the go to. Some nights it's spot on and some nights it's slightly off. Overall happy

Very nice customer support

Scope arrived quickly. Laser collimator was mistakenly not included. I contacted customer service and they sent one out right away.

I am quite pleased with the level of quality for the price paid for the Zhumell Z8. It was easy to assemble and easy enough to use with my children, who I wanted to introduce to astronomy. It was well packaged and arrived intact. The only issue I have had to this point is the thin plastic threads for the 90 degree eyepiece on the finder scope stripped upon initial assembly despite being careful. Easy enough to fix with some teflon tape, but I do wish those had been more robust, since that part needs to be removed frequently if transporting the telescope. I'm looking forward to many enjoyable nights with the kids under the stars.

Product is just what I was looking for. No pun intended . ust as advertised.
