The focuser on my Explore Scientific 127mm APO was damaged when the scope fell off the mount when putting it in place. The company seemed to be the only one that I found that had a replacement focuser. I replaced the damaged focuser with the new one and it is working like a charm. The Explore Scientific equipment is some of the best I have worked with.

I love my new telescope! It arrived in time to see the Perseids. It was well packaged and I appreciate that the boxes used to keep the package sturdy are recyclable! Great idea. Plenty of variety and they had exactly what I wanted. My new go-to shop for all things telescope!

We received the Telescope with no directions how to set up or how to use the lenses. Nothing even saying go to this website and download instructions. Haven’t used yet, need to find some kind of instructions for the telescope!!
