Have not opened because it is a gift but arrived promptly just as promised. I will deal with Telescopes Plus again if I need additional items.

I ordered the telescope for a surprise for my husband for Cheistmas. He has no idea and he has looked all hurt for days now as I receive packages for all our relatives. He doesn't know he missed the telescope & I got to hide it in the trunk. Lol. I am so excited that he will be so happy and surprised on Christmas morning.!! Hope I can get a video of him. He has longed for since telescope for years. So Thank You for the great surprise and Merry Christmas.!!

I ordered some lenses and a GPS accessory for my son's Celestron Telescope. Everything was in the box except the GPS. I called Telescopes Plus and explained the situation. They said the products came directly from Celestron. I feared the worst and was prepared to buy it again for my son if necessary. About a week or so later, a GPS accessory was delivered to my doorstep. Not sure where the mistake was made but, I'm very pleased with their customer service. They answer the phone quickly and with courtesy. They made me a happy customer and I highly recommend Telescopes Plus.
