Very disappointed with online rental. I’ve been approved to rent a camera and lens weeks ago but still waiting for camera. The lens I’m paying for and got but can’t use it due to no camera. Emailed few times over last few weeks. Was told Nikon are sending it. Emailed again and I was told it’s on truck today and will be in store today. That was a week ago.If Ted’s do not have the stock then update your site. That way customers can make a decision to get something else or nothing at all. I’m now away on holidays and have to use my iPhone for pictures.

Still waiting on order delivery, could take 17 days they said. Really in this day and age that is not good enough. No communication, you need to chase them to get a reply.

The lens came extremely dirty and in not great condition. Yes it was second hand but I would expect at the very least for it to be cleaned. Took 2 hours to get it to a point that I could touch it without it leaving black marks on my hands.

Never received half the order placed. Very poor communication and delay in receiving a refund.

Ordered using Click and Collect to try to make the sale smooth and quick, but when arriving I had to wait a while to get served an then they struggled to find my order.
