Didn’t get any confirmation that my order had arrived and so I had to ring up that store to find out it had been ready to be picked days earlier

Very slow to respond. Communication was really poor with out of stock items, emails etc.

Online site is easy to use Purchase was easy Long delay for delivery and not notification of what was happening

Price was very competitive for the lens I selected so ordered it but when delivery was longer than expected I contacted Ted's only to find out that there was no stock except 1 unit in a slightly damaged box. I elected to take this lens on the assurance that the lens itself was in perfect working order which fortunately it was. Disappointed in the delay but ultimately the outcome was satisfactory.

I was disappointed I wasn’t given the sale price on a lense having submitted a question to confirm it would fit on my camera - by the time I got the answer the sake was off and not honoured at the sale price.
