Customer service was great, the wrong part was sent out but soon rectified, whilst still honouring the fantastic original price.

Ordered a Manfrotto GimBoom and delivery was reasonably quick. However, the item appeared to be ex-display stock which was a little disappointing. Whilst there was some effort to clean the item it was still dusty and showed some minor signs of wear. Thankfully the GimBoom works well.
