Great phone support, which was necessary as the web site had real problems when the billing address and the shipping address were different. I have been in IT all my life (40+ years) so you could easily fix this. I nearly gave up. But the guy on duty did a great job. Thanks

At a recent visit, when Chris, who seems to know more wasn't around, a female assistant took my number and said that she would ring back when she was spoke to Chris in 2 days time. She never called back. I contacted a few weeks later and found out when Chris was in and presented to discuss my problem. I think Chris has solved the problem.

Paid for quick shipping but still took twice as long. Sent email about how they sent me extra item which was ignored for a week, but lovely lady sorted it all out over the phone to get missing item and return wrong.
