Efficient. Professional.

Teds deliver and provide great service but need to work on communicating a bit more through the ordering and delivery process. My order went from ordered to waiting shipping. Then the item arrived after a few weeks of nothing in between. Despite I would still order from teds due to the assistance provided in store and on line when needed.

Ted's has good selection at reasonable prices. items have been delivered in a reasonable time frame and always in excellent condition.

Prompt friendly service and postage

Had a four week delay due to battery not being available. Missed out on a few photographic opportunities while away on holiday
