Excellent customer service. I received a faulty GoPro 8, and they organised a return very promptly. Since they didn't actually have any 8s to replace it with, they replaced it with an upgraded model! They then even allowed me to return and replace the accessories I had bought for the original 8 since they weren't compatible with the 9 I now had. Extremely pleased with how they handled all this!

I had some issues with responding to the emails but as soon as that was sorted. The customer service was terrific!! Quick to help and explained everything very well.
