Ted's did not have the item in stock that I ordered, but they immediately contacted me by email and let me know what was happening. I then cancelled the order (it was a Christmas present and wouldn't arrive in time). The refund came through my account very soon after. I appreciated Ted's transparency and communications. Would shop there anytime in future.

I ordered the wrong lens cap twice. Noah from Ted’s arranged a refund and the correct lens and it all went smoothly.
