Ted’s was great to deal with.They provided helpful advice regarding my selection of binoculars and once decided I was able to order a pair quickly and easily. Shipping was a lovely surprise as it was much quicker than predicted.

The quality of Teds website brought me back to the shop. I had originally browsed the camera in Teds website. I then browsed in store at a JB store. I had intended to buy it from JB, however the site went idle during the purchase. I still had Teds page up in a different Tab. Luckily, the sale went through with Ted.

Product was as advertised, and arrived promptly . It is in excellent condition and I'm very happy with it.
