Online purchase: the website, listed products, selection and purchase all very good, and the price was better then everywhere else I searched, fast delivery. In Store: excellent customer service - the manager (Lisa at Doncaster) went out of her way to get in the items wanted, excellent price and overall experience.

I was contacted straight away when the item I purchased wasn’t available and a suitable replacement was easily arranged.
