Warranty information and enclosed folder to keep relevant documentation together was a good option. When initially selecting my items which was full kit out of a new camera kit for me, I was able to find out the relevant information to help clear up any possible problems with matching gear.

Purchased a second hand DSLR and two lenses. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Products arrived quickly. Quality is good. Had one issue with the camera. Staff resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Refreshing when some other companies are happy to sell a product, but then fall down in after sales service. Ted's excelled in this area as well, so they are now my 'go to' store for my future photographic needs.
