I've had reason to speak to a number of customer service representatives at SVS recently, to include Ted, Scott Miller, and Ed Mullen. Even the accolades that I'd read in online forums about the spectacular customer service at SVS didn't prepare me for the level of care each of them took with me. I half expected to be invited over for dinner! All kidding aside, the post-purchase experience is extremely important, particularly with highly-stressed components such as modern subwoofer amplifiers. SVS' warranty and Bill of Rights is the best in the industry, and gives me some peace of mind. The reps at SVS are the kind of people I want to deal with if and when I have a problem. That tone is set at the top, so kudos to Gary and the entire SVS team.
