We purchased 4 9v batteries to begin with along with a 4 bay charging bay. We wanted to test to see how well these would work for our setup. They work fantastic and when they were out of the 4 bay charger they sent us the 10 bay charger in its place. Then when we ordered the rest of what we would need, they called because they wanted to make sure our order was right because a glitch happened when placing the order. Great product and great Customer service. We will be ordering things from them again.

I was surprised to get a call from supremeaudio.com letting me know the color foam windscreens that I ordered we're not in stock and would take an additional week or so. That was so kind of them to call me to let me know. I really appreciated that. I was ok with waiting a little longer for the right color I wanted and really it only took a few extra days.
