Trying to setup hub today step 1&2 ok step 3 cannot connect activation code to router had to email support no reply as yet would be better if you had live chat then hopefully probs would fixed quickly email is far to slow

No netflix usa from the UK and slow speeds from router with 1gigabit connection. Can't even get WiFi upstairs through router.

no information whatsoever as to delivery - extremely unimpressed

Did not receive my stream locater yet after 12 days.

you did not explain properly what it does and does not, as for me it is no good, i am returning it as you did not mention that i had to have an account with Netflix or sky i do not have any of these account so it is useless to me. what is the return policy J Harris
