The website is user friendly. Good descriptions of the network devices and they are valued for money. The devices are easy to configured. You can setup site to site vpn within a few minutes. Lastly the items are well packaged.

My order was dispatch slightly early then i expected so was pleased, the only reason for only 4 stars is the packing was posted in just very thin plastic no outer box or packing of any kind, as this is a new item it is nice to have a new looking retail box which luckily mine was but it could of been easily crunched.

Delivered on time Works well,did not know I needed a modem gives better wifi than old customer job.

It was fine, shipped a little earlier than expected which was good.

Love the brume 2 only wish it had 2 LAN ports at 2. 5g same as the wan port ,otherwise great little router especially when connected to my own mesh unit
