Thanks for the prompt responses to the issue I recently had with my WS1 Pro.

I use my UbiBot to monitor my home freezer which has hundreds of dollars worth of food stored inside. We spend quite a bit of time away from home and have been notified by the UbiBot app everal times about power outages that has jeopardized our food. In each case we have been able to contact a friend to rescue our food.

Ubibot is my favorite temp/environmental monitoring brand. (I had Govee too. It’s garbage) This said, there is huge room for improvement. The LoRa gear simply did not work well for me at all. I returned it for WiFi gear. I’ve had other products fail for apparent hardware issues. On the positive side, Ubibot has been great in replacing bad gear and their human support is great. Their documentation is often lacking. Their responsiveness to bugs and feature gaps is much poorer (slower to non-existent) compared to 6 years ago when I first started using their gear. Their app has strengths but it also not easy to use. For example, you should be able to zoom on graphs via finger pinch/drag or similar in 2026. They make change the timescale from a dropdown and wait for it to update. You can’t see a wide range of data in one view for spotting trends - ex a whole month or year. That’s a bad gap in data browsing. There are lots of label collisions that make graphs hard to read too. They need to react to feedback of people using their gear for real work more. It seems like they are not.
