Pretty easy to install, stable so far, accurate probes

Service was great, but I can't find the settings on the online portal. A file was provided but I'd need to detach the device to plug in. I reserved the ip on the router and seems to be stable now. Small issue with the recapture on the online portal too keeps sending me back. May need to be checked

The GS1 works great. The graphs are great. The Wi-Fi finally works well. Maybe a better, simplified method to set up the Wi-Fi would be beneficial. Other companies seem to have that. Levitons app and Wi-Fi setup was so simple. An option to purchase a 12 v dc adapter would be nice as you provide the outlet.

Great products great service when needed but not often

I purchased WS1 Pro 3 yrs ago, after a lot of research. I am very satisfied. It does more than I anticipated. Excellent device in a professional package. A couple tech support issues were addressed promptly and professionally. I continue to recommend Ubibot to family and friends..
