I have had my player 2 prime for almost a month now and I still have the biggest smile on my face whenever I turn it on. Everything from the rgbs to the sweet hummmm of boot up everything works as it should. I started off this process a little upset because I was hopeful they would do a custom build on their limited edition cases. When I found out they do not do that, it was a tough pill to swallow but I know nothing about building a pc and didn’t want to mess anything up so I went with the player 2 prime build. This pc has ran everything I have thrown at it from escape from tarkov to ready or not and some pub g sprinkled in there. My only complaint was the build status bar is never updated so you never know when they started working or how the process is going. I only found out the computer was on its way was because I record notifications from fedex. Overall I am very pleased and will certainly be back for any future upgrades!!! Thank you!

Amazing experience from start to finish! I was notified every step of the way while my PC was being built. Shipping was on point and everything was protected with care, my PC even arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend NZXT for anyone looking for their next PC.
