I can see that package has been sent on 18th of April, but since 23rd of April I have no update of shipment status. DHL website is not updated, contact via phone to DHL is impossible, its only for german speakers and trying to communicate in english I cannot find correct department. They also do not answer via email. So, for now I have no idea where my package is. I've not received it.

Firmware is old (kernel is very old). Support is poor.

The routers are not delivered yet, because customs declaration is missing - this should be provided on the package by the vendor. The parcel is held up in customs office for 10 days now, and no indications if it’s going to be delivered or sent back.

Unfortunately you take the cheap way to export. Which means very high additional cost from DHL as they do the export and charge high additional fees.
