Good experience, but free delivery took long time.

It is a bit difficult to get on the EU site. When I type gl-inet. com, this brings me to a page where you can click (in the right top corner) on "store". This brings you straight to the US store. I had to change the "us" text to "eu" in the URL to get to the EU store. Finding your product was OK, but payment process, with payment provider ShopPay, is not very clear. More to it, it's a dead end. I can imagine this costs you customers. Every day again. .
