EU shipping within 4 workday - very good

The package was delivered in good shape. Only the delivery time was long. Haven't got much time to test the router thoroughly but I opened the box and the thing works :). I will be back if any problems occur.

Ordered the " Comet + ATX board " pre sale promotion. Clicked on the version where the two products were promoted as one package, than chose the EU shop. than had to go foward and back a few times to add other products from the shop. Payment went without issues. Got confirmation of purchase and mail that product will ship as soon as possible. Depending on which GLinet website you visited noticed that product was out of stock . . . . 14 days later got e-mail that product will be shipped in 2 weeks. Six days later got mail that product was on its way.

Good products. Quick delivery. Everything is fine.

The delivery and the router are fine. I would pack it better, but it wasn’t damagrd anyway. The only thing is that the Power Supply has incredibly short power cord (barely 1m long). The company saves 1m of power cord on 400 euro router? Customer support reply - tough luck, we’ll improve for later deliveries :-(
