We bought our Meater+ as part of our purchase of the Thermomix TM6 and am very happy with it. We feel in total control when cooking with it and the meat is beautifully cooked. It definitely does what it says it will do. It is very important to thoroughly clean the 'charging contact' after use otherwise it won't charge.
