Unfortunately I didn't get the correct system first, but once I did everything was great. Return process of first system was fast and easy.

It took a while to get the system (about 4 weeks), but it was well worth the wait. The system is intuitive and high quality.

Our rep was extremely professional and kind, since we had already had Lorax for decades, they were even kind enough to give us a nice discount on our replacement unit

I shopped around for over 10+ years reading about security cameras and almost 10 years ago I purchased my first coaxial Lorex security camera system from Costco. I use Lorex systems exclusively and I don’t think I will ever use another security camera system besides Lorex.
