Been a fan of JL audio for quite some time now. Quality has never been an issue. Tech support is great, even if your just asking a question to cure your curiosity about product comparisons. Recently had an issue with an amp, contacted service, and the troubleshooting help I received was very helpful, didn't resolve the problem and did have to send the amp in for a remote input not working. I was issued an RMA. The website is easy to navigate between the different categories of electronics. The catalog selections are grouped together making browsing simple.
