Your prices are so high I switched to Starlink. I bought all of the equipment for the price of 1 SIM card. I will not be buying anymore card refills. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I bought it from the actual company, Blue Cosmo, and they website will not let me activate it and I have almost a dozen emails to them asking for help and activation, but most of those are robot auto replies. One person did answer and said, "It should be easy. " It's not. I tried several times and when I needed my phone, I could not use it. There is no customer service on the weekend and mainly only robots during the week. $200 for NOTHING and a lot of stress

Poorly this is a terrible service and I am canceling it. It should’ve been already canceled.
