Not user friendly and the network is not available everywhere.

Very difficult to see my balance and adding balance

Disappointed in the Iridium Go. I tried to call the office from a good unobstructed location on the top deck of a cruise ship from somewhere between Cozumel Mexico and the Cuban coast and the signal was broken. Had to resort to text to complete the call. Is this normal, or does that sound like an equipment problem?

When I first purchased my minutes I had a question about how long it takes to activate. I called the help line and never received a call back. Very poor customer service.

I cant connect to system! It tells me to contact provider
