Our usage for SatPhones is dynamic. We work projects from concept thru design, installation and maintenance. During installation and maintenance phases we are in the field (months to a year or so) we need and use SatPhone service. When we are in concept and design phases (months to a few years) we don't need or use SatPhones. It would be nice if we had a subscription service that allowed us to pay for service on demand or place subscriptions in a temporary hold state. We had an incident where one of the phones fell off renewal of minutes and we did not find out until the user was on site. And had no way to contact us to reactivate, etc.

Bluecosmo service is good. Inmarsat service is horrible.

Voice call should be added as feature while in a remote area

The process of buying their products and SIM cards was cumbersome, not easy to understand or do.

Works like a phone from the 90s.
