We liked having the peace of mind knowing we could call home or they could call us. While we didn’t receive any calls on the phone we did make some. The phone was easy to understand and use. My biggest complaint was that it kept dropping calls. We would have a great signal at the start of a call then the signal would gradually get worse until the call was dropped. That being said I would rent this phone again.

I made a mistake in my purchase, I chose auto recharge and I want to know how to cancel it. Thanks

So far I have had good service

good price for the phone and the best rates on services for my situation compared with iridium and globalstar. Inmarsat has good connect-ability and some movement allowed while keeping the signal. Bluecosmo has easy to use services and website access. I will auto pay on another card.

We keep it in case of emergency (such as when hurricane Maria hit P.R.) no communication was available for over a month. Wish the minutes would be less expensive or could rollover at least a portion of unused ones. overall a safety net in case of emergency.
