Rented the phone from BlueCosmo and happy with thier end of the bargain. Equipment arrived on time with all the necessary accessories and equipment. Phone sort of worked per instructions. Out at sea for three weeks, and with clear skies and open access to satellite still dropped a lot of calls, but useful to have. Easy ship/return package and flawless instructions on how to use. Would rent from them again.

Hard to get hold of when over seas and different time zone

We haven’t had a chance to use the phone it is a insurance for our family
