My phone came w/ a SIM card installed. I now had to install a new SIM card. I had no instuctions. The info I had from bluecosmo said to slide the card into the slot. I had a card in the slot & saw no way to easily extract it. I am a surgeon. I have hemostats available. It took a hemostat to extract the existing SIM card and to install the new one. I had the tools. God help anyone else who has to do this w/o the proper tools-Good Luck!
