I shopped quite a bit and found other companies offering amazing packages at a lower price. When I called the others they were hard to reach, on the sale side, and a bit evasive on the details. When I looked into them their reviews stunk. On my first call to BlueCosmo the call was answered promptly, my questions were answered efficiently. The experience was very pleasant. I weighed the options and placed the order with BC. The phone and sim showed up in 1 day. I was able to place my first test call in 20 minutes. Had the instructions on sliding the sim cage forward once the sim in installed been clearer, I would have placed the call in 3 minutes. I’m very pleased and will likely order a phone for my wife next month. My team does work in remote locations with no other way of communication if we need tech support is if there’s an injury. The phone works perfectly at the location.
