Carrier has a duty to customers to disclose that incoming calls are billed at rates higher than outgoing calls regardless of who issues the bills. "no charge" for incoming calls is extremely misleading and immediately tarnished your reputation as transparent. I will examine all claims from your company through the same colored glasses moving forward.
