Poor customer service.

Very disappointed with customer service. I can’t seem to speak to a person after several attempts. When my contract ran out I switched from being billed monthly to a package plan. Now I am still being billed monthly through my credit card. (Double Billing) when communicating via email I am told to log in and cancel the monthly payment. When I do that she system says by cancellation I will automatically be billed for the remaining contract. If I don’t receive a refund and a cancellation of monthly payments I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

You try to steal my money every month and I never had any account with BlueCosmo. Your phone number goes right to voicemail 24/7

I tried several times to contact your customer service with no luck. The sat phone was the only way I had to communicate with the outside world because of the hurricane here in North Carolina. Your company let me down when I really needed it. Zero help from you at all, just a bunch of emails which did nothing to help. Thanks for nothing.
