Recently purchased a ball head for my tripod and did not realise that the product does not come with a compatible wire for my camera. Spoke to staff at srs who informed they will contact the manufacturer (Vanguard) to see wether they do one for my camera. An hour later got the bad new that they don't but then followed the great news that srs have a compatible wire and they have tested it fully and guaranteed it will work with my nikon d5600. I asked them how much its was and they said it nothing I can have it for free and posted it out to me for me to receive the following day. Now that going an extra ten miles. Thank you guys. You are brilliant.
