Extended battery isn’t working ... and the mapping is terrible

I have been in the live chat for hours. I am trying to get a return merchandise form. Everytime I type something my queue number goes up vs down. I would like the form to return my items. Please send form in email . I am not able to get the form on your site.Thank you.
