Installed your new hardwired tracker the tracker works fine. The backup battery does not work very long and I continually get messages that it is like 10% or zero and I may want to charge it. I removed it from the scooter and hooked it up on my test bench and left it on all night just to get same text shortly afterward. I want a new unit or battery charge repair. Please advise Thank You.
