I ordered my product from you atriums May 27th. Paid $30.00 for one day shipping. Today it is June 7th and still no package. I am disappointed to say the least. When or if I ever receive it I will refuse it. I needed this product quickly and it is pretty disappointing that it has still not arrived and I have received little help fro you in tracking it down. Will I but from you again? Not likely.

Complaints fall on deaf ears. Overbilling and unauthorized charges continue even after cancelling account. Horrible!

Very disappointed in the platform- after charging each time , the tracker takes longer, new devices battery does not hold longer charge, the mapping system is not accurate- there is no application like the old one, accuracy is off by at least 15-20 minutes- very disappointed-

I’ve been trying to get my tracker activated for days, customer service is VERY herd to get work done from Multiple calls & emails and it’s still not working and not even sure where we left off at
