has not been working appropriately

Just one week into use and the device is not communicating!!! Tech support is also unresponsive! Don’t buy this product !

The person did not address my questions/concerns and provided a generic response on cancellation (when that is not what I inquired about)

Since I’ve gotten the new tracker, the battery never stays charged. I just turned it on less than 2 days ago and it’s at 74%. It never tracks, always says lost signal. Addresses are not accurate. I did not have this issue with the other tracker.
