I have several days of having the GPS and I have not been able to track it

I have purchase another gps. Now it is tell me I'm putting the wrong email. This is really getting on my nerves. This is the new one. The 1st one no one have try to help with the first one. It is to have a warranty on it . Do something. No support or replacement. At my end.

Inconsistent

No where did I see on the site that there is monthly cost! Huge let down
