Terrible 3 weeks and still not rectified. Little to no follow up. I will be cancelling and getting another provider if this is not fixed soon I previously had good responses from you but this time the response is unacceptable

I'm very upset. When I ordered it said nothing about a monthly fee. I have tried and tried to contact to return and can't reach any one. I'm very very up set
