Tracker was useless to me because of terrible instructions with how to set switches. My M6 died in 2 weeks and had to be retrieved early, I paid for a full year of service and only used 2 weeks. I kindly asked for some kind of refund and was ignored. Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered 2 items on 11/19. I paid for overnight shipping because i neede the items to use quickly. Today is 11/29 and i still do jot have the items and no one can locate the package.
