Spytec GPS

I have be charge a monthly fee for a device that was put in the system as a test by your technician he told me to drive the gps around for about 45 mins so it could find a tower to connect to he also told me he would check back the next day to see if the device is working no one has call me I have been trying to get help also I have been charge for the test device that is not work I have another device that is working and I paid the monthly fee I would appreciate if some one would call me so I can get this matter straight Thank you in advance Debra Beyah 334-718-6304

The device didn't work. Y pi u have to order a magnetic box for it which wasn't disclosed and I had to pay for the shipping fee to return the device

The magnetic box was nice. Everything else not so much. Device was difficult to turn on and off. Tried setting up account and never could get it to accept username and password. NO SUBMIT BUTTON when setting up account. No help setting up account other than live chat telling me to use chrome(which I did) still didn’t work.

Terrible battery life
