Still haven’t got it

Not recieved a week over due

I haven’t received my purchase yet and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I have had no communication or follow up from you about where my stuff is. When I did call to try and track it you were no help at all and just passed the buck onto someone else. I’m a big wig at a healthcare company and really wanted to be able to tell people how great these were but now that’s not going to happen.
