A good device and not at a bad price either. They are however switching platforms and the app isn’t functional with the second device. They did however replace my first device so both of them were using the same site making it slightly easier to monitor both devices without having to swap screens all of the time. They did mention they are working on a new app for the upgraded devices. I’m not particularly fond of the new UI of the website and hopefully the UI with new app will have a setup that is similar to the old app. The site resets itself to focus on the Northeastern states rather than focus on the home area as the gps device signal is located, which is something the old app had done. With the old app, you could follow the device’s signal as it moved along on the map not so much with the new site. I have to refresh my screen to get the visual location but it does however stay up to date in the side panel. For me that’s a minor setback and look at it as being, I don’t have to like it, just means I have to work around the issue. As for recommending this device; if I were asked by someone what would be a good choice for gps devices, I would suggest this one.

When the gps is moving it stays up saying pretty well. The issue I have is when it sits for too long then moves again it stays stuck at the location and I have to re login to get it to move again.

It's a good tracker but sometimes it sends alerts when the tracker has arrived or left a boundary but sometimes it doesn't send me text message alerts.

It does the job battery last me 2 weeks. Wished it would only use 1 number for the alerts and that I could delete the history at will not have to write in for the company to do it tracks down to about 50 feet away so you'll do a little looking around but it will be in that lot maybe 1 row over from where its showing. I'd buy more if that history deleting problem was fixed and app was working.

My only problem so far is it takes like 5-6 sign-in attempts before I can login
