Could not get any help from chat the phone number don’t work

This is the best decision I've made in a long time. I was able to see her meet with someone in less then 48 hours. Now I know what ive suspected is true along with going to suspicious locations. I want to keep quiet and see if this is a reoccurring event before I confront her. The tracker has worked very well but the battery life is not even close to what is advertised just after 4 days it says it's at 31% and that's with 60 second updates. It's advertised at 14 days at 60 seconds. I wish there could be a improved battery life. I looked at the extended battery with a large case but it's a lot bigger and weights a lot more making it more easy to detect and maybe fall off due to it's weight. The information I got from this devise is invaluable and was worth every cent.

It's a bit too early for me to rate this device, but I'll provide some initial thoughts. The App is pretty good. The device works. The service works, I guess. There are a few things that I'm not thrilled about. First, the documentation says to charge the device for 8 hours before using, but doesn't tell you how to accomplish this. Does it charge when the car is off or only when the car is on? Does it apply to the OBDII dongle or only the GL300? There are no periodic "heartbeat" alerts or daily e-mails that confirm the status of the device. I can't tell if it is working or not, unless I drive. Right now, my car is not being driven much (due to the Covid-19 pandemic). I'd like regular alerts or some way to "ping" the device to confirm that it is still working and the battery is still charged. I've yet to confirm that it doesn't discharge my car battery when the car is not started for several days (like my previous device did).
