Ordering process was fast, and easy. It was not delivered as quickly as represented, but that was because of the winter weather storm, and delays that the nation had just recently experienced. When I first turned the GL300 on after charging it for over 8 hours, I received a text saying that I needed to charge the battery, because it only had 2% of battery life. However, maybe that was a mistake, because after getting the tracker activated, and letting it run for a while, the indicator on the app told me that it was 94%, and has only slowly reduced battery life since. So overall, I am pleased with it at this moment, after using it for 2 days.
